    This incident is resolved. Shopify's API has recovered and is responding normally again. This was an issue on Shopify's side, not a Shopflo issue. Shopflo's services — checkout, payments, and order placement — remained fully operational throughout. All orders placed while Shopify's API was returning 502 errors were safely queued and have now been automatically retried and placed successfully, so no orders were lost. Everything is running normally. Thank you for your patience.
