    We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a drop in OTP delivery success due to an issue with one of our downstream OTP and SMS service providers. As a result, a small subset of customers may experience delays or failures in receiving their login OTPs.

    Our team has identified the issue and is working with the provider to resolve it within the next 10–15 minutes. To minimize impact, we have enabled the Shopify checkout fallback.
